Terms of Service
The rules for using W Studio Learn, creating a student account, buying courses, and accessing digital course materials.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of W Studio Learn at learn.wstudio3d.com. By accessing the site, creating an account, or buying a course, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform or purchase courses.
2. Student accounts
- You are responsible for using a valid email address and keeping account access secure.
- Course access is connected to your Firebase student account and purchase records.
- You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account or paid course access.
- W Studio Learn may suspend access if an account is used for fraud, abuse, security attacks, or unauthorized redistribution.
3. Purchases and pricing
Courses are sold separately. Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is clearly shown. Checkout is processed through PayPal, and payment availability may depend on your country, PayPal account, card issuer, bank, or local rules.
After a successful payment, the selected course is unlocked for the student account used at checkout. If access does not appear after payment, contact support with your PayPal order information.
4. Course license
When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials through W Studio Learn. The course content, lessons, text, design, brand assets, and training materials remain owned by W Studio Learn or the relevant rights holders.
You may use what you learn to build your own business, client work, websites, automation, and marketing systems. You may not copy, resell, publish, upload, scrape, record, or redistribute the course itself without written permission.
5. Third-party services and content
The platform may use third-party services such as Firebase, Vercel, PayPal, YouTube embeds, GitHub, Envato, Canva, and other tools discussed in lessons. W Studio Learn is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, or policy updates.
Some courses teach workflows involving external tools. You are responsible for following the terms and licenses of those tools when using them for your own projects or clients.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, authentication, or course access controls.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
- Do not upload or send unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material.
- Do not use the courses to misrepresent your credentials, violate client agreements, or infringe third-party rights.
7. Availability and changes
W Studio Learn aims to keep courses available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, provider outages, security work, or updates. Course content, prices, policies, and platform features may change over time.
8. Educational disclaimer
Courses are provided for education and practical training. Results depend on your effort, market, tools, budget, experience, and execution. W Studio Learn does not guarantee business income, client results, rankings, ad performance, platform approvals, or specific financial outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, W Studio Learn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform, courses, third-party services, or business decisions made from the training.
